AMARA Subway runs six stores across Acworth, Kennesaw, Marietta and Powder Springs. For large events, we coordinate across locations — each producing a portion of your order simultaneously. Your event gets fresh food on time, whether you’re feeding 50 people or 500. No other Subway franchisee in Cobb County can say that.

For events over 50 people, 48 hours’ notice is strongly recommended. For events over 100, the earlier the better — we coordinate across stores and need time to plan production. Call 678-355-6035 or use the request form.

We plan the logistics

We determine which of our six stores will handle which portion of your order, confirm timing, and lock in delivery or pickup details. We’ll walk you through the options and confirm everything before your event date.

How much does catering for 50 people cost?

Starting at $325 for 50 box lunches. Delivery available. We recommend 48 hours’ notice for orders at this size.

How far in advance do I need to book event catering?

Twenty-four hours for most orders. Forty-eight hours or more for groups of 50 or above. For very large events — 200+ people — call as early as possible so we can plan production across stores.

Can you handle same-day large orders?

What is the most affordable food to cater for a large event?

Individual Subway box lunches at $6.50/person. For a 100-person event, that’s $650 all-in — no service fee, no gratuity, no event coordinator.
